Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the premises to ensure only authorized personnel enter the facility.
• Patrol the building and surrounding areas regularly to identify and report suspicious activities.
• Inspect windows, doors, and gates to ensure they are locked and secure at all times.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances or unusual activity.
• Operate security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems.
• Provide assistance during emergency situations, including evacuations, medical emergencies, or fire alarms.
• Maintain detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, security breaches, or incidents.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency response teams when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s security policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification: 10th pass or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a security guard or in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand, patrol, and work extended shifts.
• Basic knowledge of security procedures and protocols.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both staff and visitors.
• Good judgment and ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations.
• Must be trustworthy and have a clean criminal record.

Work Environment:

• May involve both indoor and outdoor patrols, regardless of weather conditions.
• Shifts can include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• May require standing or patrolling for long periods.
