Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and efficient Food Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering food orders from local restaurants to customers in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up food orders from restaurants and deliver them to customers at their specified location.
• Ensure that food items are delivered in good condition and within the designated timeframe.
• Verify order details with the restaurant before leaving to ensure accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle payments or customer queries as necessary (if applicable).
• Maintain communication with the dispatch or delivery platform regarding order updates, delays, or issues.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
• Keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition.
• Address any delivery-related issues, such as wrong addresses or incomplete orders, quickly and efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Access to a reliable vehicle (if using your own vehicle for delivery).
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with the local area, including restaurants and delivery routes.
• Ability to handle cash and credit card payments.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and handle tasks under minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to lift and carry food orders, and be on the road for extended periods.
• Good communication skills for interacting with customers, restaurants, and delivery coordinators.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in delivery services (e.g., food delivery, courier service, etc.).
• Knowledge of using GPS navigation and delivery apps.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays (if required).
